I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room (and restroom) was very clean and this location was perfect for the half marathon. I literally walked out of the hotel and straight to my corral! I 100% will be booking here again. I brought my own breakfast because I'm on a strict diet but the breakfast looked really good! It's also worth mentioning that for a downtown hotel, it was pretty quiet.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was simple (a good thing) and satisfying. The location was great in that we could walk to the aquarium and Minute Maid Park and ride the metro train to the zoo and natural science museum. The room was good enough to accommodate me, my wife, sister and her husband.

Very friendly staff, efficient check inn and out. Location, close to downtown restaurants and bars. Easy to park, public parking very close (Binz 20 $, 2 min walk) Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast included + Choices at breakfast; hot/cold, fresh fruit salad and different whole fruit options!

Rooms are big and clean, furniture looks okay, the bed was comfortable, breakfast is good (they try to make some kind of English breakfast but it isn't really English breakfast). The hotel was fairly close to the George Brown Convention Centre (~15 min walking). They have a bar on the top floor with a great view.

Location was good. View from the lounge was outstanding!! My room really had no view,but I was on 16th floor in 1608(and thank you to the GM,& staff for honoring my request to be up there). Beautiful hotel,wonderful staff& outstanding amenities. Best night I have ever had in over 20 years alone. This hotel is the epitome of elite hospitality & I will choose Hyatt all day,everyday.

good value hotel in the downtown, you have all facilities needed for a comfort stay. Room was spacious, breakfast had sufficient options. Friendly staff. Overall, very pleasant stay.
